Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Jeea Recovery website, emails, waitlists, reservations and purchases from Jeea Recovery LLC ("Jeea," "we," "us"). By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using our site
You agree to use our site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
2. Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors, materials and finishes are natural and may vary slightly. Product details, features and prices may change, especially for products not yet released. If an error occurs in a price or description, we may correct it and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited availability, and will refund any amount paid.
4. Shipping
Unless stated otherwise for a specific offer, delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
5. Crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter)
When we run a crowdfunding campaign, pledges, rewards, payments and delivery are also governed by that platform's terms (for example Kickstarter's Terms of Use). Crowdfunding supports a product before it ships at scale; we'll keep backers informed through campaign updates.
6. Waitlists and launch pricing
Joining a waitlist is free. Waitlist or early-bird pricing is limited, available only for the period and quantity we announce, and may sell out.
7. Christmas Delivery Reservation (2026 holiday offer)
- What it is: a $5 fee that reserves your access to our Christmas-delivery reward on Kickstarter. You'll receive a private link to that reward before it opens to the public.
- What it isn't: the reservation is not a purchase of a product, and the $5 is not credited toward your pledge or purchase price. You complete your order by pledging for the Christmas-delivery reward.
- US only: available for US shipping addresses only.
- Limited quantity: spots are limited. If we can't honor your reservation for any reason, we'll refund your $5 in full.
- Refunds: your $5 is refundable anytime before your order ships. Email help@jeearecovery.com from the email address you used to reserve, and we'll refund your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- Christmas delivery guarantee: if you hold a reservation, pledge for the Christmas-delivery reward, and submit a valid US shipping address within 3 days of receiving our backer survey, we guarantee your order will arrive by December 25, 2026. If it doesn't, we'll refund your $5 reservation and your shipping cost. The guarantee doesn't apply to delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or events beyond our reasonable control such as severe weather or carrier-wide disruptions.
8. Returns and warranty
Return and warranty terms for each product are provided at purchase or with your reward. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact help@jeearecovery.com and we'll make it right.
9. Use of our products
Jeea products are personal massage and recovery tools. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Use them as directed. If you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional before use. Stop using the product if you experience pain or discomfort.
10. Reviews and content you share
If you send us reviews, photos, videos or testimonials, you grant Jeea permission to use them in our marketing, with your name or handle if you shared it publicly, unless you tell us otherwise. We'll never invent or alter a testimonial.
11. Intellectual property
All content on our site, including text, photos, videos, logos, product designs and the Jeea name, belongs to Jeea Recovery LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Patent pending.
12. Disclaimers
Our site and products are provided "as is" except as expressly stated in these Terms or a written warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeea will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site, a reservation or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or reservation.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change, and the version in effect when you placed an order or reservation applies to that order or reservation.
