Jeea Recovery LLC ("Jeea," "we," "us") makes recovery tools and runs this website and our online channels. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it. It applies to our website, emails, waitlists, reservations, purchases and customer support.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: your name and email address when you join a waitlist, make a reservation or purchase, enter a giveaway, or contact us.
• Order details: shipping address, phone number (if provided) and order history when you buy from us or back one of our campaigns.
• Payment details: processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Communications: messages you send us, survey responses, reviews and testimonials you choose to share.
• Usage data, collected automatically: pages visited, links clicked, referring links (including ad campaign tags), browser and device type, approximate location based on IP address, and cookies or similar identifiers.

2. How we use it

• To provide what you asked for: process orders and reservations, ship products, send receipts, handle refunds and returns, and answer questions.
• To send updates about our products, launches and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how people use our site and to improve our products, website and advertising.
• To prevent fraud, keep our services secure and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run Jeea, and only as needed for them to do their job:

• Email and messaging providers (such as Klaviyo) to send emails.
• Payment processors (such as Stripe) to process payments, refunds and receipts.
• Ecommerce, fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver your order.
• Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to understand site usage.
• Advertising platforms (such as Meta) to measure and improve our ads. We share usage data and the fact that an action occurred (for example a signup or purchase). We do not send your name or email address to Meta through our website.
• Website hosting and security providers (such as Cloudflare) to deliver and protect the site.
• Crowdfunding platforms (such as Kickstarter): when you back a campaign, that platform's privacy policy also applies to the information you give it.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Jeea, our customers or others.
• Business transfers: if Jeea is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to measure traffic and the performance of our ads. The Meta Pixel is not loaded for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use an ad blocker. Our site works either way.

5. How we protect it

• Our site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Payments are handled by PCI-DSS–certified payment processors. Card data never touches our servers.
• Access to customer information is limited to team members and service providers who need it, and our accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. How long we keep it

• Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information.
• Order, reservation and payment records: as long as needed for fulfillment, warranty, accounting and tax purposes.
• Analytics data: according to the retention settings of our analytics and advertising providers.

7. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing help@jeearecovery.com.
• Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and other US states), you may have additional rights, such as opting out of targeted advertising. We will honor those requests and won't treat you differently for making them.

8. Children

Our products and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll notify customers by email.
