Three years ago, I signed up for the Spartan Beast in Utah, one of the hardest obstacle courses in the world. You basically hike straight up a ski resort while punishing your body the entire way. I'd never done a trail run. I'd never done an obstacle course. I could barely do a pull-up. My brothers dared me into it, so I said yes.

The months of training leading up to the race left me sore every day.

So I went looking for a recovery tool that could give me relief whenever I needed it. I was constantly on the go, and everything I found was either too big, needed to be charged, or simply wasn't something I'd carry with me every day.

The tool I wanted didn't exist. So I decided to make it.

For the last two years, I've built more prototypes than I can count. More than once, I'd land on a version that worked well, and people I trusted would tell me it was good enough to launch. I kept saying no, it's not quite there. I pushed until it became what it is today: carbon fiber, brass, and walnut instead of cheap plastic and fluorescent colors. Something worth keeping, not just owning.

Today, I carry my Jeea Companion Roller almost everywhere I go.

I started this journey by pushing myself to be better, and I've tried to bring that same standard to everything I've created with Jeea.
